Policies
At the studio, I strive to create an enjoyable and safe atmosphere. To achieve this, there are some policies that I kindly ask all my clients to adhere to. These policies are in place to protect your well-being and mine. I appreciate your cooperation to help maintain a positive and healthy environment for everyone. Thank you!

Time.
Please arrive on time. There is a $15 late fee after 10 minutes and your appointment will be cancelled after 20 minutes. If you arrive in advance, please ring the bell and expect to wait until your exact appointment time to be let in, please avoid ringing multiple times, if I do not come to the door at your appointment time, it's probably because I am finishing up with my previous client. No contact no-shows will not be booked again.

Appointment booking
Before booking, please read my policies and look through my story highlights. You will be asked to fill in a form so I can save your profile online. Once this is done, you will receive an email to confirm your appointment. To avoid keeping other clients on hold, please enter your credit card information within the following 30 minutes of receiving the email. Without a saved card, your appointment is not booked (I do not have access to your card info; you can enter it confidentially online, and your card will only be charged for last-minute cancellations or no-shows).
For private or spam accounts, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required to book in addition to your credit card confirmation (the deposit amount will be deducted from the total).
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. Please go through the address walk-through and follow the pre-appointment instructions. Thank you :)
If you have a history of allergic reactions to certain cosmetics, please notify me before booking.
Clients are required to be 18 or older when booking.

Pre-appointment prep.
Lashes: Please arrive without makeup (no eye makeup, foundation, concealer, sunscreen, facial oil, etc.) Also, please do not consume coffee, alcohol or other drinks that could cause anxiety, nervousness or bathroom breaks prior to your appointment. For those who bought the aftercare kit, please bring your lash shampoo brush to all your appointments :)
Nails: Please go to the bathroom before arriving and come with clean and bare nails (no nail polish/impurities under your nails).
Brows: Please come without makeup and do not consume coffee, alcohol or other drinks that could cause anxiety or nervousness prior to your appointment.
The morning of your appointment, please make sure to fill out the Client Informed Consent Form and the Covid-19 Form before arriving to the studio, thank you so much!

Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling done within 2 calendar days before your appointment date will be charged a 50% fee for the chosen service, and those done within 1 calendar day will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
If you want to reschedule or cancel, please DM me in advance (please do not cancel your appointment online). You can change your appointment date/slot only once per month so please book accordingly :)

Refills
Lashes: Refills are ideal at 2~2.5 weeks. A full set will be charged if less than 45% of the extensions are left. I do not do refills on other artists’ works, but I can always remove your old set before giving you a new one :)
Nails: Refills are ideal at 3 weeks and are possible for well-maintained builder gel/acrylgel extensions. I do not do refills on other artists’ works.

Loyalty rewards and perks
For each appointment, you get a stamp on your loyalty card. On your 8th visit, you can get 50% off on any service ¨̮ (at full prices only). Please make sure to bring your loyalty card for every appointment :)
Come on your birthday and get 30% off (at full prices only)! Please bring a government-issued photo ID with you to be eligible.

Pricing, sliding scale, and payment methods
My prices are based on the materials, complexity, time, and energy involved in creating a set. Debit cards or cash are accepted only. A sliding scale is available for clients who are part of the global majority (visible minorities) to balance systemic barriers. When filling out the form, please check the y/n box consciously.I invest on average 3 hours per client so I have a limited number of clients that I can take per working day. A squeeze-in fee of $30 will be applied if I take you in outside of my working hours (also known as "after-hours").I run this nail/lash/brow room wholly by myself and I am responsible for all the expenses that come with it and I really would like to keep this wonderful practice sustainable (the only reason I can keep doing this is because I work multiple jobs). I will try my best to accommodate your needs but please keep in mind that I am also a full-time student who has an active student life so feeling that my time and work are respected is very important to me! To book an appointment, at least two doses are required.

COVID-19 Informed Consent Form must be signed and completed on the morning of the appointment.

No additional visitors
Should the client require someone to attend the appointment, they must wait outside.

Mandatory masks
Masks must be worn prior to coming to the appointment and during the appointment.
