SHIPPING & HANDLING
From August 2021, the items will be handmade and shipped every Sunday. All orders paid before Wednesday will be shipped on the Sunday of the current week. If you have a big order, please allow a few more days. As I am also a full-time student, it takes me about 2 to 5 days to make your items. If you are in a hurry, you can always let me know in the comment box during checkout and I'll try my best to accommodate :)

A handling fee of 1.50$ is applied to every order.

Accessories:
Ubseum's main shipping option for Canadian orders is the Oversize mail without tracking which takes around 2 to 4 days ~ a week (2.23$ + handling fee).
Ubseum offers three flat shipping rates with tracking:
- 10.50$ (Canada)
- 12.00$ (USA)
- 20.00$ (International)
Art shop:
To minimize the shipping fees, when ordered individually, art prints, stickers and art subscription packs are all shipped via standard mail (it takes about 2 to 4 days ~ a week), there is no tracking number. If you desire tracked shipping, let me know before you checkout so I can arrange it for you.

If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order has been processed, please email me immediately (ubseum@gmail.com) so I can fix it for you before the package is shipped. Once the package is shipped, I cannot be responsible for lost packages due to address error, unknown address error or undeliverable address. However, if the package does get returned and is received by myself, I can re-ship it with an additional shipping+handling fee (mentioned above).
IN-PERSON PICKUP
In-person pickups are available in the Downtown Montreal area! Simply confirm with me first via DM or email (ubseum@gmail.com) before selecting the option "Downtown Montreal Pickup" when you check out. The handling fee of 1.50$ still applies to pickups.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are available too! Simply message me via DM or email (ubseum@gmail.com) and we can create art together! :)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since all the items are handmade, there are no returns, refunds nor exchanges.
Ubseum is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items during transit.
Ubseum is not responsible for weather-related damages or delays.
Ubseum is responsible for your package until it reaches the post office.
PAYMENT METHODS
Ubseum. currently accepts all major debit and credit cards.
E-transfers through Interac are welcome.
Personal PayPal payments are no longer accepted.
DONATIONS
Every month, Ubseum donates 15% of all sales to non-profit organizations. Updates are available on our Instagram page 🌷

ITEMS
Each item is handmade with love and care once your order is confirmed and paid. The sizing depends on the type of ring (bead/resin) and generally goes from US 4~12.
